"I am so shocked I won anything--after the Hurt Locker upset and my other bad predictions, I feared my score would be negative!
Thanks again for spending the time to organize--my favorite event of the year now!
Kvetching aside, I had a fun time and loved seeing everyone..(except that ugly dancer, who gave me nightmares--he coudl have at least kept his shorts on! I switched teams because of this!).
Have a great trip!!!!!"
"David, u should not feel bad. We all appreciate your hard work, and everyone had fun. We can just try a different venue next year. Even though I had the most edgy criticism, i feel bad now because i think you are best organizer of events anywhere.
And everyone in the group loves you.
But we are all outspoken people. Life is what you make it sometimes. But as someone who organizes meetups, i accept and urge people to be candid so i can only improve my planning.
You did a great job"
"Dear David, I thought the event at Joes' Pub was fun. I see that a lot of people complained. Guess life is what you make it.-Robin"
